I have been a client of Evergreen Chiropractic and Wellness for over two years.
For a long time, I would go to a chiropractor only when I had back pain that would not go away. Then I met Dr. Longacre. At our first meeting I was dealing with pain and discomfort that started anytime I walked longer than five minutes. She noticed right away that I was walking differently to compensate (I didn’t realize it), and convinced me that she could help -- and she did! After a few visits that issue went away and has not come back.
Her practice is more than just dealing with back pain. She has taught me the importance of better nutrition, proper hydration, routine stretching, and regular blood work. I am in better condition now than I was before I started seeing her.
Dr. Ayers joined the practice within the past year. Both doctors have the same general philosophy and objectives, and are great at asking questions about your health and listening to your answers. They make an excellent team, and I appreciate the care both of them have provided to me.
The office staff is friendly and efficient, and I have had no trouble scheduling appointments or rescheduling them when necessary.
Overall, I highly recommend this practice. 5 stars out of 5.

After moving to Greenville my husband was looking for a new chiropractor in the area and found Evergreen Chiropractor and Wellness. Dr Longacre helped him improve immensely. He introduced me to Dr Ayers who did my new patient assessment and consultation when I first arrived. She had me start on the roller bed, PEMF mat and vibration plate before having an adjustment. I had fallen on my tailbone experiencing pain, had 2 prolapses bladder and rectal, also pain in my right neck, shoulder and arm radiating into my right fingers. Dr. Ayers addressed each and every area. The tailbone pain has subsided, prolapses are better, my right shoulder and radiating pain has been getting better with each visit. She listened to and was very professional, skilled and knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone who is suffering with pain to see Dr. Ayers and hopefully can get out of pain as she addresses the whole body approach to helping you heal.

Dr. D has helped me so much since I started Treatment with her. I was having excruciating shoulder pain and she provides the relief I couldn't get anywhere else. I feel so much better and am I able to sleep well and do my daily activities again. What a huge difference she has made!!!!

Evergreen Chiropractic was recommended to me help me with a year long plantar fasciitis pain in both feet. I had tried everything, to no relief. I could barely walk when I went to Carolyn. Literally walked out after the first treatment, with 95% less pain!

She is literally the best chiropractor I know and I know alot of chiropractors in the greenville county area. She is genuinely interested in all of her patients my daughter has special needs which includes autism and she really goes out of her way to make her feel special and my daughter loves her if you are looking to feel good this is the right place she makes all kinds of natural stuff and sells them at an affordable price. She works hard for her patients and staff and she always makes me feel so good even when I don't feel like coming out of my house it's so worth it I consider her as a personal friend I am so glad that I was referred to her she deserves 10 ⭐

I have had discomfort in my lower abdomen, hip, groin and lower back for over 10 years due to an unsuccessful inguinal hernia repair on my right side at the age of 50. The mesh folded on itself and became intertwined with scar tissue, other body tissue and nerves. When the surgeons attempted a repair at the age of 54, they were able to put in a new mesh to seal the opening, but were unable to remove the old mesh for fear of damaging the nerves that run to my lower back and genitals. Some days the discomfort was bad (not debilitating) and other days were very low. On the bad days, my lower back ached and my genitals felt like someone kicked them (even while just walking). On most occasions, this would last for only one day, but it could last for up to three days. Since the laser treatment, all days are in the very low or better range of discomfort. I can now vacuum (lower back and abdominal usage), exercise (rowing) and engage in marital activities on the same day and wake up the next morning feeling just a low amount of discomfort. Before the laser treatment, I might have been able to do two of the activities but paid for it the next day. It was well worth trying this non-invasive therapy that also does not require pain medication to be taken.
